One of the key goals of the Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP is to provide our members with opportunities for business development. Each year, our Chapter offers members a number of opportunities to optimize their company’s exposure through the sponsorship of a NAIOP program and/or through advertising in a NAIOP publication.

NAIOP Sponsorship

There is no more direct way to promote your company to the commercial real estate community than through sponsorship of a NAIOP event. With a mailing list of over 4600 commercial real estate practitioners and the various professionals that support the commercial real estate community, sponsorship has become one of the most successful business development programs NAIOP has to offer. Sponsorships also provide substantial assistance to our association and enable us to continue to effectively represent the interests of the commercial real estate industry. In return, we provide you with a package of benefits that maximize the impact of your company’s exposure

		Sponsor Benefits
		Your firm may have four (4) complimentary registrations to the program. We will reserve a table for your firm at the event. We will guarantee the availability of sixteen (16) additional registrations for your guests, and will offer them the “member” price for the program. You will be given a “sponsor badge” to wear at the event that will designate you as a sponsor. Your company name is acknowledged: on the program promotional email, in all promotional material and press releases, on two (2) signs at the event, and at the podium during the event including a brief promotional description of your firm. Your firm will be given the opportunity to distribute company promotional material at the event. Your firm will receive a complimentary banner ad on the Chapter's website on the page containing program particulars. A representative from your firm may introduce the moderator or keynote speaker at the event. We will send you a complete attendee & company listing so that you may communicate with the attendees following the event. You may provide NAIOP with notes from the presentation that will be sent to all of NAIOP members with your and your firm’s name as the byline.
