David Begelfer, as CEO, has overall responsibility for the Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP with direct responsibility for its finances and for the Chapter's public affairs legislative and regulatory efforts.
Tamara Asbury Small works closely with the public affairs committees to guide the Chapter's public affairs agenda. She communicates with members on critical policy issues, testifies on legislation affecting the industry, and works to ensure that the Chapter is actively involved in the development of important economic and environmental policies and regulations.

Debbie Osheroff handles Chapter affairs relating to membership. Debbie is also responsible for NAIOP publications such as the membership directory and the NAIOP magazine, and coordinating special events for the Chapter.
Pauline Rand is responsible for the coordination of the Chapter's programs and seminars (including planning, registration and billing), as well as the Chapter's annual bus tour. In addition, Pauline handles the administrative affairs of the Chapter.
DIANA CHABAN GRIFFITH Director of Marketing & Communications
Diana Chaban Griffith oversees the Chapter's marketing and communications efforts, producing a variety of publications and collateral materials and promoting all programs and special events. Diana also has direct responsibility for membership recruitment and retention efforts, including Developing Leaders and other specialized outreach initiatives.
