Fran Shifman, as COO, oversees all Chapter operations including committee coordination, programming, special events, promotion, publications, and membership.

781.453.6900 ext. 5 Email Tamara Small Tamara Asbury Small works closely with the public affairs committees and CEO to guide the Chapter's public affairs agenda and media outreach efforts. She communicates with members on critical policy issues affecting the industry and works to ensure that the Chapter is actively involved in the development of important economic and environmental policies and regulations.

Pauline Rand is responsible for the coordination of the Chapter's programs and seminars (including planning, registration and billing), as well as the Chapter's annual bus tour. In addition, Ms. Rand handles the administrative affairs of the Chapter.

Debbie Osheroff handles Chapter affairs relating to membership. Ms. Osheroff is also responsible for NAIOP publications such as the membership directory and the NAIOP magazine, and coordinating special events for the Chapter.
