NAIOP Massachusetts is committed to providing our members with opportunities for business development. Each year,our Chapter offers members a number of opportunities to optimize their company’s exposure through the sponsorship of a NAIOP program and/or through advertising. With a mailing list of over 8,000 commercial real estate practitioners and the various professionals that support the commercial real estate community, sponsorship has become one of the most successful business development programs NAIOP has to offer.

Event sponsorships and advertising also provide substantial assistance to our association and enable us to continue to effectively represent the interests of the commercial real estate industry.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP

In 2012 NAIOP Massachusetts presented 35 education and networking programs to close to 7,000 attendees, covering issues related to the development, investment, design, construction and marketing of office, mixed use, multifamily, retail, hotel, lab space and institutional properties.

Event Sponsor Benefits

• Complimentary registrations to the program (Main Event sponsors receive complimentary reserved front row table)
• Your firm’s name/logo on the program promotional email, materials, press releases and signs at event,
• Acknowledgement at the podium during the event including a brief promotional description of your firm, and a representative from your firm may introduce the moderator or keynote speaker at the event.
• The opportunity to distribute company promotional material at the event.
• Your firm’s logo displayed on the Chapter's website on the page containing program particulars.
• A complete attendee & company listing so that you may communicate with the attendees following the event.

Event Sponsorship Rates
NAIOP offers a variety of programs and sponsorship opportunities, including NAIOP signature Main Event breakfast and evening programs, Education Seminars, Government Affairs programs, and the Annual Market Forecast and Mid-year Round-up and the Building Block smaller, more targeted and focused programs.
Sponsorship rates for these programs range from $1,500 – $5,000

NAIOP’s variety of advertising options will meet most budgets. Each provides a unique opportunity to promote your firm to a highly targeted audience. The following are ideal venues to maximize your advertising dollars and your presence in the commercial real estate industry:
