Plan Programs and Events for CRE Professionals Ages 35 and Younger

This is an excellent way to get involved in NAIOP and to prepare for other leadership roles – both within and outside the Chapter – all while building your network!

Government Affairs Committee
Help Draft and Monitor NAIOP’s Government Affairs Agenda
Members of NAIOP’s Government Affairs Committee actively shape laws and policies affecting the commercial real estate industry. Your knowledge and interest in regulatory and legislative issues will influence NAIOP’s government affairs agenda and contribute to white papers and special events on critical topics affecting real estate development in Massachusetts. Meetings are held on a monthly basis. NAIOP also maintains several issue-specific subcommittees (transportation; climate change; building code; brownfields redevelopment - 21e) that meet on an as needed basis.
