2025 Award Winners Announced – To Be Celebrated at NAIOP Annual Meeting
On November 19 at 5:00 pm, NAIOP Massachusetts will hold a year-end Annual Meeting where members will vote in Board members with terms expiring in 2028, thank outgoing Board members, and welcome NAIOP's 2026 President Melissa Schrock of HRP Group, as well as the newest member of NAIOP's Board Management Committee, Damian Szary of Redgate.
Then, NAIOP will honor our 2025 Award Winners. The following recipients embody NAIOP's mission to propel the commercial real estate industry forward through inspiring leadership, unwavering commitment, and dedication.
- Distinguished Development Award: Lyrik Back Bay, developed by Samuels & Associates.
- Urban Development Award: DUO, developed by John M. Corcoran & Co., Joseph J. Corcoran, and Marcus Partners.
- Suburban Development Award: The Newbury of Brookline, developed by The HYM Investment Group and operated by Kisco Senior Living.
- Government Affairs Champion Award: Paula Devereaux, Pierce Atwood LLP, in recognition of her exceptional advocacy benefiting the commercial real estate industry.
- President's Award: Alyssa Morris, AEW Capital Management, in recognition of her outstanding contributions and commitment to NAIOP's continued growth.
Following the awards, attendees can then celebrate at the brand-new David Rubenstein Treehouse Conference Center, the largest mass timber building of its kind in New England, and enjoy a cocktail party with several hundred industry leaders. It’s a great opportunity to kick-off the holiday season, celebrate the accomplishments of the industry, and connect with colleagues and friends in commercial real estate.
