Key Considerations
Capital Markets and Women in CRE Forums require a minimum of 10 years of CRE experience
Forums meet quarterly in person (two-hour sessions)
Members must attend at least three of four annual meetings to maintain membership
Strict confidentiality ensures open and honest discussions
🔹 $375 fee to cover food & supplies for four meetings
AI & CRE Forum
MISSION
Open to all members, this year will mark an exciting next chapter as we continue to build on the momentum, collaboration, and shared insights established in our inaugural year. As we look ahead, we aim to deepen conversations around AI’s transformative role in commercial real estate while expanding our community with members who are eager to actively contribute to the Forum’s mission to advance the CRE Community’s goals. 
FORUM FOCUS
We plan to continue to build on how your organization is currently utilizing AI as well as how we should all utilize AI going forward.  How do we grapple with CRE’s historically slow adoption of technology?  How can we leverage our proximity to the innovation ecosystem within the Boston area to benefit the CRE industry?  What risks should we be aware of, and how do we mitigate them?Â
Capital Markets Forum
MISSION
To enhance the knowledgebase and value that each forum member brings to their firm and help members grow as capital markets professionals.
FORUM FOCUS
The primary goal of the Capital Markets Forum is to facilitate open dialogue regarding the current landscape and emerging trends in the equity and debt capital markets so that forum members can enhance their knowledgebase and value that they bring to their respective firms.
The secondary goal is to build a strong and supportive network of members within the CRE industry who each member can lean on when navigating obstacles throughout their careers and go to for advice/opinions.
Women in CRE Forum
MISSION
To empower women in commercial real estate by providing networking and educational opportunities.
FORUM FOCUS
The primary goal of the Women’s Forum is to facilitate peer-to-peer networking and knowledge sharing.
The secondary goal is to build a strong and supportive network of senior members within the CRE industry.
